Our team has been connecting artists and charitable organizations since 2010 to the benefit of various charitable organizations as well as the community at large.

History:
For over 14 years, we’ve been transforming the way communities come together to support vital causes. What started as one man’s gratitude for life-saving care has evolved into a movement that has raised over $2 million for mental health, addiction, and HIV/AIDS programs across British Columbia.
Our story began with Dean Thullner-Veljacic, an HIV/AIDS survivor who experienced firsthand the power of compassionate healthcare and community support. From the groundbreaking Brilliant! series that raised $200 thousand in a single year to $2,4000,00 in total – to the inclusive SHINE galas that brought together hundreds of volunteers, we’ve consistently proven that spectacular events create lasting change. At LiTLevents.com, we believe fundraising should be as extraordinary as the causes we support. Our signature approach combines music, dance, fashion, art and more, appetizers and Libations along side community celebration to create experiences that are anything but ordinary. We’re the company where surgeons (corporate)dance with drag queens, (artist) where creativity meets compassion, and where every event becomes a movement.
Having expanded from Vancouver-to-Vancouver Island, in 2020, we’re brought SHINE2020, our proven formula for success to a new communities. Our upcoming GLITTER gala in Nanaimo represents the next chapter in our mission: creating inclusive, spectacular fundraising experiences that celebrate diversity while supporting the health and wellness programs our communities need most.

We provide platforms for artistic members of the community to give with their hearts and their talent, on their own terms, in the spirit of giving back.
With each event, we feel we are gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation of the communities we engage and support.
I like to think of our team as a vibrant energetic and caring group of individuals who are always ready to reach our goals. I believe our team to be caring, colourful, community-minded and courageous.
It has been amazing and heartwarming to see so many artists from diverse walks of life give of themselves to help those in need.
